Lunches are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
Cost is $10 for a 2 course meal. Cards / Games after lunch.
Bingo is held on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Monday of each month.
RSL Cowes lunch & entertainment is once per month on a Tuesday.
Frankston Arts Centre/ Morning Melodies and various trips and events throughout the year.
Podiatry service is offered and bookings can be made between 1 - 3pm on the same day as Bingo.
